Marowitz, Esq. has joined the firm
as an associate in the Litigation
Division.
Mr. Marowitz will
focus his practice on medical
malpractice defense, drug and

and trial practice.
Over the course of
his career, Mr. Marowitz has tried
over 40 cases as First Chair
Assistant Public Defender. He
specialized in the defense of those
who could not afford a lawyer and
accordingly developed an expertise
in the fields of defense litigation.
Mr. Marowitz set new precedent in
legality of law enforcement threats
in DUI criminal defense when he
tried the widely publicized case
State of Florida v. Mills.
