Christopher P. Meier
obtained his Bachelor of
Science Degree in Political
Science from Kennesaw State
University. While
earning his undergraduate
degree, Mr. Meier was
employed in the finance
industry with a local
Atlanta full service bank.
While attending The Shepard
Broad Law Center at Nova
Southeastern University in
Ft. Lauderdale, Mr. Meier
clerked for a prominent West
Palm Beach insurance defense
law firm as part of his law
school’s personal injury
clinic. The primary focus
of this clinic was to teach
the intricacies of personal
injury law, with an emphasis
on medical malpractice.
During law school Mr. Meier
also clerked for a Ft.
Lauderdale firm whose
practice was centered on
civil litigation.
Upon earning his
Juris Doctor Degree, Mr.
Meier joined a Boca Raton
law firm whose practice
involved commercial
litigation. His two year
tenure there allowed him to
become well versed in many
facets of pre-suit
investigation, court
procedure, trial practice,
post judgment enforcement
and appellate techniques.
His practice also allowed
him to represent clients in
a majority of the counties
throughout the state of
Florida.
Mr. Meier is admitted
to practice before the
United States District
Court, Southern District of
Florida, the United States
District Court, Middle
District of Florida and
Florida’s state courts. Mr.
Meier is currently a member
of the Young Lawyers Section
of the Florida Bar and he is
also a member of the South
Palm Beach County Bar
Association. Mr. Meier
concentrates his practice in
the areas of medical
malpractice defense and
commercial litigation.
Mr. Meier was born in
Buffalo, New York and
currently resides in Boca
Raton.
